Master Terms & Conditions Agreement
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between GP5 Productions ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our") and the participating client ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging GP5 Productions for LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation services, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services & Tier Definitions
GP5 Productions provides high-performance LinkedIn outreach and networking automation. The specific deliverables are determined by the service tier selected by the Client:
1.1 Basic Tier
Provider will deliver total technical
configuration, targeting, and messaging sequence
setup. Provider will actively monitor the system
to approach the monthly connection goals
(up to 800 new connections).
Client Role:
The Client is solely responsible for managing
inbox responses, continuing conversations, and
closing deals once prospects reply.
1.2 Advanced Tier
Provider will deliver all Basic Tier services,
plus end-to-end inbox management. Provider's team
will proactively engage with replies using
pre-approved scripts, qualify prospects, and
coordinate meetings directly onto the Client’s
calendar.
Client Role:
The Client must attend the pre-qualified meetings
and is responsible for final sales execution.
1.3 Pro Tier
Provider will act as a hands-on outbound partner managing a full-funnel outbound engine. This includes all Advanced Tier services, plus the creation and publishing of ongoing weekly LinkedIn content by a dedicated team to build the Client's digital authority and trust.
2. Exclusive Bonus: LinkedIn Premium Promotion
As part of the service package, GP5 Productions may include a two (2) month subscription to LinkedIn Premium.
2.1 Eligibility
To qualify, the Client’s LinkedIn account must have been open and active for more than one (1) year and must not have utilized any other LinkedIn Premium trial or promotional offer within the preceding twelve (12) months.
2.2 Liability Disclaimer
The Provider does not control LinkedIn's billing
or promotional eligibility systems. If the
Client's account is deemed ineligible by LinkedIn,
GP5 Productions is not liable for providing an
alternative financial credit or compensation.
Following the two-month period, all subscription
costs are the sole responsibility of the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities and Account Access
To facilitate these services, the Client agrees to the following:
3.1 Access
The Client will grant GP5 Productions the necessary permissions, logins, and access to their LinkedIn account and relevant calendar software.
3.2 Content Approval (Advanced & Pro Tiers)
The Client agrees to provide timely reviews and approvals for messaging scripts and content. Delays in approval will result in delays in service execution, for which the Provider is not responsible.
3.3 Good Faith
The Client agrees to maintain a professional profile and honor scheduled meetings booked by the Provider's team.
4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers (Protection Clause)
4.1 Third-Party Platform Risks
GP5 Productions operates on LinkedIn, a
third-party platform. We strictly adhere to
platform safety limits; however, LinkedIn's
algorithms, terms of service, and connection
limits change frequently.
GP5 Productions is not liable for any temporary
restrictions, shadowbans, suspensions, or
permanent terminations of the Client’s LinkedIn
account.
The Client assumes all risks associated with
using automation and outreach services on their
personal or business profiles.
4.2 No Guarantee of Revenue
While GP5 Productions guarantees the delivery of
the agreed-upon infrastructure, outreach volume,
and account management, we do not guarantee
specific financial returns, deal closures, or
exact revenue figures.
The final conversion of a qualified lead or
booked appointment into a paying customer relies
entirely on the Client's sales abilities,
product-market fit, and pricing.
4.3 Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GP5 Productions, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's failure to close deals, fulfill their own services, or violations of third-party platform rules.
5. Term, Billing, and Termination
5.1 Service Delivery
The service operates on a month-to-month basis unless a specific minimum term is agreed upon in writing.
5.2 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a
14-day written notice prior to the next billing
cycle.
Upon termination, GP5 Productions will cease all
automated outreach and revoke the Client's access
to proprietary CRM infrastructure or GP5 messaging
templates.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary
methodologies, lead lists, messaging scripts, and
business data completely confidential during and after
the duration of this Agreement.
GP5 Productions will not share the Client's specific
industry performance data or lead lists with direct
competitors.
By rendering payment or providing account access to GP5 Productions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
